- The Forum is a Grade II listed Art Deco building from 1934. The Circle, sometimes called the Balcony, is reached only by stairs.
- Reaching the Circle takes 5 steps without a handrail and then 13 with one. Inside it, blocks B to G are 14 steps down and blocks H to S are 23 steps up, with no handrails.
- Wheelchair spaces are only in the Stalls, at the ends of rows F to K, with companion seats beside them. The hearing loop covers Stalls rows C to Q, seats 13 to 24.
- For a clear view if people stand at the front, the venue suggests Stalls row G or further back, or the Circle.
