- All 2,000 seats were replaced with new contoured seats in summer 2026, and premium seats with more space were added.
- The Stalls seating can be removed for standing shows. If people stand, the venue recommends the Circle for a clear seated view. Standing is not allowed in the Circle.
- All levels can be reached by lift.
- The access guide places a wheelchair platform with 5 spaces at the back of the Upper Stalls, while the venue's access page says wheelchair spaces are in the Stalls. Ask the box office.
- For the hearing loop the venue recommends the Stalls or Upper Stalls.
- The venue does not mention restricted view seats.
Access seating
