Mobile tickets and transfers

Most tickets for the Come Fry With Me tour are delivered electronically. This guide explains how mobile tickets, print-at-home and ticket transfers work with each seller.

How mobile tickets work

Most tickets for the Come Fry With Me tour are delivered electronically. When you buy from Ticketmaster, Live Nation or Academy Music Group, your tickets appear in your account or are emailed as a PDF. At the venue, staff scan the barcode or QR code on your phone screen.

Seller-by-seller delivery

  • Ticketmaster UK: Options include mobile entry (via the Ticketmaster app), print-at-home (PDF), email and postal delivery. Mobile entry is the most common. Posted tickets are sent to your billing address at least five days before the event.
  • Live Nation UK: Tickets are usually delivered electronically via email or the Ticketmaster app (Live Nation UK uses Ticketmaster's ticketing system). Mobile entry and print-at-home are common options.
  • Academy Music Group: Electronic delivery is standard. Tickets appear in your account or are emailed as a PDF. The AMG app may also be used for mobile entry.
  • Eventim Apollo: Tickets can be collected from the box office on the day (bring ID and order details) or delivered electronically, depending on the event. Check your confirmation for delivery method.
  • Twickets: Ticket transfer is handled electronically. The exact method depends on the original seller and the type of ticket.

Adding tickets to your phone wallet

Some sellers and events let you add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Check your order email or your account for an "Add to Wallet" button. If it is not available, take a screenshot of the barcode and save it to your phone's photos as a backup.

Transferring tickets to someone else

Where enabled by the event organiser, ticket transfer lets you send a ticket to another person's email or phone number. The recipient creates an account (if they do not have one) and accepts the ticket. Transfer is usually free. Check your seller account for a "Transfer" option next to your tickets.

Tips

  • Charge your phone before you leave for the venue.
  • Open your tickets and ensure the barcode loads before you travel, in case you lose signal at the venue.
  • If your phone dies, the venue box office can sometimes look you up by name and order reference, but this is not guaranteed. Bring a portable charger.
  • Do not share screenshots of your barcode publicly; someone else could use them.

Questions

How do I access my mobile ticket?

Sign into your account on the seller's app or website. Your tickets appear under your orders or in a 'My Tickets' section. The QR code or barcode is scanned at the venue entrance.

Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Some sellers and events support wallet passes. Check your ticket delivery email or account for an 'Add to Wallet' option. If it is not available, screenshot the barcode as a backup.

How does ticket transfer work?

Where enabled, you send tickets to another person's email or phone from your seller account. The recipient needs to create an account to accept them. Transfer is usually free.

What if my phone dies at the venue?

Charge your phone fully before leaving. Consider a backup: some sellers offer a print-at-home option, or you can screenshot the barcode and save it offline. The venue box office can sometimes help with ID and your order reference.
