Buying tickets on Ticketmaster UK

Most dates on the Come Fry With Me tour are sold through Ticketmaster UK, including Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Bath and Portsmouth.

How buying works

Select the event, choose your seats or area, and complete the purchase. During popular sales, you join a queue and are given a place automatically. The total price, including all fees, is shown before you pay. There is typically a limit of six tickets per household, though this varies by event.

Booking fees

Fees are added at checkout and shown before you pay. They may include a service fee (per ticket), a venue facility fee (set by the venue, not Ticketmaster) and a one-time order processing fee. There is no delivery fee for mobile or electronic tickets. The exact amounts depend on the event and venue.

Ticket delivery

Options include mobile entry (via the Ticketmaster app), print-at-home (PDF), email and postal delivery. Mobile entry is the most common. Posted tickets are sent to your billing address at least five days before the event.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund policies are set by the event organiser, not by Ticketmaster. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Ticketmaster will email you with your options. Tickets bought through resale or received by transfer are generally not refundable. If you cannot attend, check whether the organiser has made resale or transfer available for your event.

Resale and transfer

If the event organiser allows it, you can list tickets for resale at face value through Ticketmaster's own resale platform. Transfer lets you send tickets to another person for free. Both features are available in your Ticketmaster account if enabled for the event.

Getting help

Ticketmaster support is available through their help centre at help.ticketmaster.co.uk. There is no published phone number for general enquiries; use the help centre contact form or live chat.
