Refunds and cancellations
If a show is cancelled, rescheduled or you cannot attend, here is how refunds and exchanges work with each official seller for the Come Fry With Me tour.
How refunds work
Refund policies for the Come Fry With Me tour are set by the event organiser (the promoter, Phil McIntyre Live), not by the ticket sellers. Each seller processes refunds according to the organiser's terms and their own policies.
If the show is cancelled
If a show is cancelled entirely, the seller will email you with refund instructions. Refunds are typically automatic for cancelled events, but processing can take several days. Keep your tickets and order confirmation until the refund appears on your statement.
If the show is rescheduled
If a show moves to a new date, your tickets are usually valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, the seller may offer a refund within a specific window (often 14 to 30 days from the announcement). Check the seller's email carefully for your deadline.
If you cannot attend (no cancellation)
If you simply cannot go and the show is still happening, refunds are generally not available. Instead, check whether the organiser has enabled resale or transfer for your event. You can list your ticket at face value through the seller's resale platform, or transfer it to another person.
Seller-by-seller refund policies
- Ticketmaster UK: Refund policies are set by the event organiser, not by Ticketmaster. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Ticketmaster will email you with your options. Tickets bought through resale or received by transfer are generally not refundable. If you cannot attend, check whether the organiser has made resale or transfer available for your event.
- Live Nation UK: Refund policies follow the event organiser's terms. Cancelled events are eligible for refund. Rescheduled events may offer refunds within a window. Contact Live Nation support for event-specific questions.
- Academy Music Group: Refund terms are set by the event organiser. Contact the venue or AMG support for event-specific refund queries.
- Eventim Apollo: Contact the Eventim Apollo directly for refund queries. Their email is info@eventimapollo.com and the phone number is 0208 563 3800.
- Twickets: Twickets has its own buyer protection policy. If tickets are not delivered or are invalid, contact Twickets support.
